Passage
This too shall pass and I should have known this from before
I have been taught, yet I fail to trust my judgement more
Your story was one of hope and I thought you wanted what your heart desired
Nope you wanted nothing, emptiness but you knew what was happiness
You wished you had a family life, a structured life but your thrust towards it was like a limb in the wind
We have been here several times before
But after this time there will be no more
I will take the pain, I feel no hate but I will keep wondering just why did I wait?
I want not to be the object of failure and from here on I will be out of sight
And I know in time I will be forgotten, but I do not grieve
Farewell my friend, it is really at the end
Yes it is as I can feel it deep within me
Don't tell me you are angry as in your moments like this I hear the truth
Live the life you want, hunt it with all you might, never give up cause you will achieve your just reward
And it is not too far away!
This is my perfect space. I like it here, so quiet and forever attentive. The love notes are high and the sad times are low. Share in my life, it's an invitation to you.

Why Do Men Lie?
I often wonder, why is it that a man will tell a woman a lie straight off the bat?
Is it a false I care and I dont want to tell you the truth else you will get hurt
Or is just that the ability to live a clean and honest life evades some of us more often than others?
Truth is I hate it. Dont create false comfort coz I know when you do.

Thoughts of Love
I've thought about the future and what it holds for me
A life of love and laughter that's what I'd like it to be.
With you close by my side sharing our life together
Building a home and family being in love forever.
When I think of you sweetheart my heart just swells with love
I cherish the very day we met I thank the Lord above.
I stand now by the waters edge sun dip's into ocean so blue
As dusk falls all around me my thoughts return to you.

A Letter from Heaven
The following poem means a lot to me. It was a personal note left by one who went on to higher calling:
Although I am no longer with you, Mine eyes no longer see,
I’ll be the strength to guide you, Your faith to still believe.
I’ll rest upon your shoulder Your angel flying high,
I’ll surround you in my unfolded wings, As comfort when you cry.
I’ll still see you through the bad times, I’ll still share in the good times too,
I’ll show you the hope and courage, That within yourself -- you never knew.
Though, I am just in spirit now, I’ll still walk within your soul,
For with your inner beauty I will always be in whole.
You’ll always be a part of me An everlasting love,
And until we meet again I’ll watch you from above.
Until that day we meet once more I hope you know it’s true,
You’ll forever be a part of me You’re everything I do.
So, cry not for I am gone for I am really home,
And I’ll look forward to that day when we’ll no longer be alone.
Until that day we find ourselves once more standing -- side by side,
I’ll rest here upon your shoulder as your love, your strength, your guide.
